he Dell m1730 supersedes the XPS m1710, which Dell says will continue to be sold for now. The m1730 packs an overclocked Intel Core 2 Extreme X7900 processor, dual Nvidia SLI graphics processors, and Ageia's PhysX processor.
On the aesthetic side, the m1730 has an illuminated keypad, a new carbon-fiber industrial design (which comes in red, blue, or white), and perimeter lighting LEDs that flash red when you're fragged playing a first-person shooter game.
Another nice touch is a Logitech's GamePanel LCD display that sits next to the keyboard that lets you keep tabs on system performance.
